| Looking for healthy recipes and tips Okay, since it is the New Year, I thought I had better "step up" my diet/exercise plan. So.............I am looking for any good healthy "diet" recipes and good diet/healthy eating tips. (like avacodo is now considered a "good" fat, so use it on sandwiches in place of mayo - stuff like that). Please share any good foods, tips, recipes that you have used and liked in your quest for healthy eating.

| Breakfast: Egg white and wheat toast Mid-morning snack at 10:30 a.m.: plain yogurt mixed with fresh fruit Lunch: turkey on wheat with a slice of cheese, no dressing Mid-afternoon snack: Granola bar (Nature's Valley) Dinner: Baked or grilled chicken marinated in teriyaki, etc., green vegetable and plain yam (they have their own natural sweetness) A diet along this line combined with cardio/light weight lifting works for me. |

| Thanks! I heard that "they" are now saying that the whole egg is good for you?! They make it hard to try to eat good from their list of foods - don't they?! How are you liking the plain yogurt? I tried it a couple of times, mixed w/ fruits, granola, whatever else and still did not like it. Have you ever watched this show or read her books? http://www.zonya.com She has some good tips and meals.
