| Need Advice Im trying to organize my website better and I want to consolidate some of the many departments I have. For instance I want necklaces and scarves under the same department as collars and I can rename the department "neckwear" and each of those can just be a subdepartment. But I need help coming up with good department names. Does "neckwear" sound okay? And I was thinking about grouping hats, bows, and hairclips in one department and calling it "headwear" but I dont really like that department name. So can anyone come up with a classier department name. Or does anyone have any other ideas for the many departments on my website that I can consolidate? I really dont want treats to have its own department, and doggles to have its own department so how or what can I group those with? I knwo I can do one big "accessory department" but then I would end up with like 20 subdepartments so I need to group them better. Does that make sense? Im horrible at explaining things- and even worse at trying to organize departments on my website lol

| How about hair accessories for bows and clips. Hat's aren't exactly "hair accessories" but they might fit into the group. Or have an "accessories" group and have more broad subgroups so you don't have 20--a sub group for neckwear(collars, scarves, decorative neckwear), hair accessories (bows, clips), miscellaneous accessories (hats, doggles, leashes, harnesses), jewelry, etc. You can have something like a "what's for dinner?" group and include treats, bowls, and anything you have related to eating. A "canine comfort" group can include beds and carriers.

I'm sure when others wake and read this, their brains will be more functional than mine appears to be this early in the morning. Good Luck! I know you'll find the perfect names for each of your departments. You're so creative with what you make, you can't help but be creative with naming the departments

| Have a Toys & Treats deparment -- then the treats will have a place. The Doggles could go in to the "Topknots and Whatnots" department (along with bows, clips and hats -- all the headwear). .. now Neckwear -- good listing but for a name..... maybe Neckwear and Niceities? Bling Around the Collar? Okay I went too far maybe.....

Oh thats so very cute! See you people are all so much more creative than me. I need to start collaborating with ya'll when I name new designs that I make. If I make a blue and plaid harness I call it "blue & plaid harness" ANd the sad thing is I will spend a good 20-30 minutes trying to come up with a good name for it and I can never think of anything. lol

| okay what about treats and toys? Any clever name for that if I group the two together? Also I created a new department for medium to large size dog products and my simple mind called the department "big dogs". It really needs a better name! Anyone got one for me??? Maybe "Doggy Grande"? lol See I am not very good at this. And one last question- I have clothing spread out into several main departments, and each one of them has several of its own subdepartments. Shoudl I try and consolidate that? Should I at least try to consolidate pajamas, pants and then what about diapers/bellybands?

| I like the "just chew it" for the toys and treats that sounds cute! and the "topknots and whatnots" - that is great! Wow, everyone has had great ideas - way to go YTers! How about "grande style" for the big dog section - trying to stay away from the "big" part of it! Ha! I actually like how you have your site set up. But if you have some catagories that only have maybe one or two items in them, then, yeah, I would combine them under something else. Like, let's say, you do not have many sweaters, you can combine that w/ jackets - you know, just within the same area. But, I really like how your site looks - easy to find what you are looking for, etc. Happy organizing!
