| Small Business Information Needed Okay, my husband has had his small business opened for a few months now and I am on the task for finding a fuel/gas card and a good credit card for him to use. He has used Fuel Man gas cards in the past, but his work recently swtiched to another (I can't remember which one). And for the credit card, we have looked at several, but haven't applied for any yet. The ones through our bank had a higher interest than we would want.....their base interest. I found this site http://www.creditcards.com/business....ackcode=bizcom and they had several to go through. I have two personal credit cards (boy that I would love to be paid off) and one is 0% interest, have it had for several years and the other is 7.9%, so we are looking for something in that range. I know it is based on your credit history too, but looking over their base interest, there aren't many! For the credit card too, we do not need the added rewards (some cost more) and we don't need the ones that itemize things for you - that is why we pay our tax guy! HA! --just a good, low interest, basic card for business expenses. Can anyone recommend a good fuel card and a good credit card for business:

| I have had my own business for over 10 years now. My first business credit card was an American Express corporate card. It has served me well. American Express was also my first personal card. It seems that once you get this one, it is easy to obtain others if you need them. I also have an Advanta card and they are great to deal with for business use. As far as fuel goes, I just use personal cards, Shell and Chevron primarily. Good luck with the business!

| Thanks for your information! We didn't think of using the same card for gas - that would make it easier! Any other helpful ideas/hints on this part of a business?

| A lot of companies offer 0% intro rates or other offers. Check out: http://www.cardoffers.com Just look for the criteria you want, be it 0% or no annual fee, etc... Good luck! |

Peeka Boo I See You! Donating Member | you might want to consider Discover card i used to work for them and they had by far the best gas card you earn cash back up to 5% they also have a lot of other really nice features that would cater to your needs just a thought. They also have a lot of other speacialty cards like airline rewards, also a card to use at like hope depot and other improvement stores. not trying to sell you i don't work there anymore but they were good when i did

| I dunno much about what's good out there I only use the American Express for Costco and my VISA (NWA) mileage card for everything else. I figure I need to take advantage of the offer I really want to apply for a separate one for my business but I hate to pay the annual fee twice Good luck on finding the perfect cards to suit your business |
