Any one else paid for items and not received them?

And if I ask about the item I paid for, I recieve no reply either.

Maybe it is just me.

How did you pay for the item? Paypal covers you if you do not receive the item you pay for.

I know a couple of the ladies have posted that they got behind on their orders and they were trying to catch up. Hopefully they will get everything out soon so they have time to get back on YT.

I don't know who you ordered from but, I with the Christmas Holiday coming up maybe people are getting a little behind...I just made some coats for a couple of members, they took me a little longer than expected (I custom make them). I try different things with each coat that I make and I do alot of hand sewing. And, with all the Christmas packages going out the mail could be a little behind too....I'm sure it's not intentional.

Doesn't that tick you off? That's why I only pay with paypal and if they don't accept paypal? I move on to the next auction!

Yes I didnt know paypal covered it so I just let it go. Neither one were expensive items but still

When did you order the items, and are they custom made? I ordered some items, 2 of which had specific measurements (custom sized) on Nov. 20th. I understand that these things take time, but I'm getting no response from the selling party either

I've PM'd, emailed through their site, and NOTHING! I was already told that the things are on their way, but when I go to their site, it says my order has NOT shipped

So yea, it's not just you.

I have, but after PMing and being persistent...........I got my order

It's frustrating, but lack of communication has no excuss.......sorry but if you can't keep up or keep the buying party updated............maybe you shouldn't be taking so many orders?

Hope you get your stuff soon!!

Understandable but their are alot of ppl out there that orders stuff and expects it to them in 1 day...DOESNT HAPPEN. If somebody has a problem with a 2-3 week delay in getting their order..especially if its on the site or thats what they have been told numerous times than thats really their fault. I mean you can look at it both ways...you dont agree to the time frame....dont buy!! Theres alot of bigger companies...pet edge for one that it took 2.5 weeksfor me to get my order and they werent handmade or anything. Just had to throw them in a box so really..maybe they shouldnt take so many orders either!

Im also pretty sure pet edge didnt email me stating a delay but their still thriving!

I think you might have missunderstood my post. My concern is with lack of communication. I am sure if you email me and let me know it'll be a month before I can receive my order........I'd be okay with it......no problem.

If one takes too many orders, then perhaps they are too tied up to respond to emails etc.

As for a timeframe, I think it's safe to assume most people (especially here) don't expect their order to be satisfied in one day. But then again, I am not a seller.

I do all my shopping here and I am quite content and thrilled with everyone I have ever bought from. Everyone has great communication and I love everything I buy

I am sure Kelly has waited plenty.........and what is frustrating her is the lack of response to her emails......
