| Tinkerbelle's Closet Can anyone give me the phone number to Tinkerbell's Closet? I need to contact them about my order. Their website says to contact them for their phone number and I have not heard from them. So far I have sent them 3 emails and got no response. Thanks

Donating Member | Shana is great about getting back with you - The country just had really bad storms and many people have lost power - I can almost guarantee that's the reason - or she may be out of town - but she doesn't ignore her customers - she has great customer service |

| I am waiting on an order also but I am sure it will get here as soon as possible. She has Christmas orders plus she ran a big sale and I bet she has orders from that and then her power went out in her workroom. I have ordered from her before and her items are worth the wait

| I don't know how to pm her. Her website says she doesn't put the phone number on there but email her for the number. She hasn't answered back. Can anyone pm her for me and ask about order #2822. I returned it (4 harnesses, too small) on Nov 20 and don't know if she got it or can refund me or send a larger size. Each time I check she is "offline" on her website. Maybe someone could pm her for me. Sorry I have to get off the computer here. We had an ice storm in St. Louis and have been out of power for two days. I only have a minute on here and gotta go. I don't know when I will get to a computer again but I don't have any way to contact TC. Thanks for the help!!! Jean

| Hi everyone, Im at about 2 -3 weeks on orders right now. I really really wish I wasnt but I went out of town thanksgiving weekend for a few days to visit my grandmother that had cancer and is undergoing the chemo, and it was supposed to work out all right with my business because my assistant was supposed to work all week while I was gone (except thanksgiving day of course) and get orders out but she ended up have a large kidney stone that broke up in pieces and took several days to pass and ended up having to go to the hospital. SO she wasnt in at all last week. This put all those order on our plate for this week and I have 3 people sewing full time M-F (and me on the weekend) to get them out as soon as possible. And please note that it says in several places on my website our turnaround time on our orders is 1-3 weeks. I HATE it ever taking 3 weeks but with this busy holiday season and with what happened thanksgiving weekend it can just happen although rest assure Im working over 80 hours a week to get them out Im a perfectionist with the clothes I design and make and recently I have even made changes/upgrades to my patterns & designs for higher quality and durability and this takes us even longer to make them but I think you will all be very please. And I dont knwo whats wrong with my email, I only get some of the emails that are sent to me and that I send out. I dont know enough about computers and my webhost to understand whats happening and therefore Ive tried a few different things but nothing has been very realiable. I recently started using outlook thinking this would help but my business email is set up thru my webhost and they have been doing upgrades, etc and I think its messed up my emails again I gave up this week on posting that email address on the website and now I use my trusty reliable "live chat" for communication, even if Im not logged on you can leave me a message using that feature and I have never had a problem getting it. And my number is no longer public on my site becuase I found more solicitors liked calling me than customers and since I need all the time I have to work on orders this was such a big waste of time (and annoying), but anyways here is my toll free number, YTers feel free to call it, I'd love to hear from you guys 1-888-656-4107 Thanks everyone, for those waiting on christmas dresses they are on thier way!
