| Pregnancy Tips? Since this is my first pregnancy I want to make sure everything goes perfect! My pregnancy is "high risk" because I'm having twins and I have Lupus. What advice do you have? I have always been addicted to junk food, do I have to completely stop eating junk food? And I get REALLY BAD morning sickness, but i get it all day! Is there any way to help stop that? THANK YOU!!! |

| With twins I would start using cocoa butter now, to help with the stretch marks later. Keep active, don't use the pregnancy as an excuse to just sit around and eat, or you'll regret itlater. |

| i know that if women have severe nausea (like can't keep ANYTHING down) you can take a drug called diclectin (sp??) and it helps.. but i think that is just for severe cases... but you might want to ask your doctor about it.. i haven't been pregnant. .but a lot of my friends have.. and same as someone else said.. don't be lazy.. esp while you can still move around well.. you will regret it later! keep us posted.. i'm so excited for you and can't wait to hear the progress!! do you have names?? |

| No caffine, try to get some exercise, try to eat healthy, and I agree to start using coco butter now on your tummy to prevent stretch marks. |

| Whatever your doctor says to do. Take your vitamins too.

| Be careful of any herbal supplements you take - some can be very dangerous. For example, there is evidence to suggest chamomile may cause contractions. Better to be safe than sorry and avoid it unless ok'ed by your doctor. You never know what might be harmful. Congratulations to you! Best wishes for a happy healthy pregnancy! |

| I am 33 weeks pregnant and I also had sickness. I really didn't get sick until my 3rd month. I couldn't keep down my vitamins so they suggested me taking Flinstone vitamins. Tasted sooo much better!!! They tried all types of things for my vomiting and nothing seemed to work. I was losing weight pretty fast and wasn't gaining right. They put me on a pill that I could take every six hours. It helped a lot. The only problem is it makes you very sleepy, which I didn't like. I was sick until I was about 5 months then it just went away. I'm gaining good and the baby is right on target. This is also my first pregnancy. If you have any more questions you can feel free to ask me.

| My boyfriend's sister in law mentioned these, so I recommended them to a friend, and I'll recommend them to you, too. Preggie Pops help ease nausea, apparently. Let me know if it works! If it does, I'll be buying them when I'm pregnant!

| mickey....I've actually heard of those! Yeah, lemme know if they work. This is *supposed* to be my one and only child, but you never know. Besides, I've got plenty of girlfriends that are looking to become pregnant and when they do, I'll have yet another thing to buy them! |

| The miracle drug for morning sickness is called Zofran. But you have to be so sick that you can't work or keep anything down because it's a higher risk drug. I have never been pregnant but I've had other "female" issues where my hormones were so out of whack I was beyond nauseated to the point that I was dehydrated. So if you can't keep anything down, go to the doctor and they do have drugs to help you. Otherwise, try ginger ale and there is some bracelet out there for motion sickness called sea-bands? I think. Good luck.

| having lupus you need to cut down on the junk food, you should watch eating gluten and wheat, there is a list of stuff that I will look up for you later, but you already know this, they told me I had Lupus but found out later on it was RA, a sister to Lupus...walk as much as you can for exercise and get alot of sleep, cause your going to need it...drink some ginger ale or anything with ginger in it, its good for nausea...and start the coco butter or you will end up with a road map to China on your belly....
