Well I liked what I saw from Carolyns link and I did a search & Ulta doesn't carry it... but there is a sephora at the mall down the street from my mom -

time to break out the secret stash cause is IS expensive ...but I did like the primer stuff - and the eyeshadow colors are AWESOME - I still use the big variety eyeshadow I got like 5 years ago as a free gift with something & we are talking SUPER El Cheapo stuff - no wonder my eyes water now sometimes when I use it -

I used to be a makeup Junkie - I bet I have every brand in my little 3' tall container but since things took a nosedive moneywise... I hardly ever shop anymore this is DEF worth looking into

thank you - I better get on the net and sell LOTS of labels and cards lol

Thanks Rebecca! I'm going to write my Christmas list to my husband! I'm looking at the loose powder too and that looks nice to put on after foundation. Have you used that?

I think tomorrow I'll buy the secret camo, gloss and something else. Maybe the Translucent Loose Setting Powder? I still have my Estee lauder foundation so I don't want to buy that yet.

Geez I'm such a makeup whore!

Okay, you girls got me. I am going to order. My husband is going to kill me. I just bought a Chi straightener Saturday because people were raving about it. Now pricey makeup. You girls are bad influences on me. Or maybe great infuences if it helps on the looks department. Thanks for all the great tips.

The only loose powder I have used is the Translucent Loose Setting Powder. I use it either on top of my foundation, if I wear foundation, or if I don't wear foundation one day, I use the Translucent Loose Setting Powder under my pressed foundation powder. The Foundation Powder is dry, but it actually provides great coverage.

Yes, the makeup is a pricey, but I am seriously BROKE! My hubby is in school and I am about to be back in school, but I can afford it because it seriously lasts FOREVER! I've never had to replace any of my eyeshadows. The very first eyeshadows I bought like 5 years ago I still have not used up. I have 2 blushes that I alternate, but I have not had to replace either of those either. The only things I've actually used up are the Foundation Powder and Translucent Loose Setting Powder and Bronzer. I seriously love the pressed bronzer. I use it on my cheekbones, forehead, and nose before I put on my blush. It really looks natural.

Ok, here is a pic of me. You would not believe it, but I have really bad skin...acne...always have had acne. But with a good skincare regimine and using Laura Mercier makeup, my face seriously looks FLAWLESS! I know I look like I'm 12, but I'm 23. And my mom and grandmother use Laura Mercier, too.

LOL!! Well here's the way I look at. I want to look and feel good so if it costs a little money to achieve that well too bad because if I'm not happy no one in my house is going to be happy! And I know they don't want to be miserable so they'll do anything to keep the peace!

This is what I'm saying in my head. Now to get my husband and kids to believe it is another thing!

Now let's talk about hair products! LOL!!

I just emailed the company for LM products. They have a Demonstration supposedly about 50 miles from me this weekend. Problem is they say BLOOMINGDALES and I don't remember thier being any BLOOMINGDALES there. i told them they were writing Bloomingdales as the place it was but when you look up retailers for the areas.... BLOOMINGDALES is not listed. I hope they email me back PRONTO and I can get a Space. I just have to figure out where it is

Villette, you are so sweet! You are beautiful inside and out, too!!!!!!! I REALLY REALLY have to work hard to keep my skin clear. A lot of makeups would breakout my face so badly. My skin is a result of many many trips to the dermatologist (since I was in 5th grade and I still go regularly to this day), strict skincare routine, and using good makeup. It surely does NOT come natural, that's for sure!
