i just went to weigh myself with my boss on the dock using a frt scale
and let me tell you i gained another 7 pounds... im gonna start smoking again.
there is no way im going to be or feel fat like this,, no way , just no way..
this is ridiculous...... no wonder why my pants are so darn tight.... this is
the heaviest i have ever been... you guys are going to laugh at me, but
this really bothers me..... i know i dont look heavy, but the scale dont lie..
i am so angry ..now im getting depressed. this is what i
get for not smoking...

Aw I know how you feel. I've always been petite, and when I felt I was fat, others were not understanding. No one understood that it was the heaviest I've been my whole life, so while to them I look normal, to me I felt huge!

That's always been a debate for me, quit smoking and gain weight, or keep smoking and lose wieght. It's real hard, especially if your trying to diet and quit smoking at the same time. Maybe everytime you crave a cigarrette eat something healthy, like grapes? At least that will cure the oral fixation.

Dont start smoking again, you will just regret it! If you are doing good without your cigs then dont go back to smoking. You will just find yourself trying to quit again. Just exercise every night before bed or in the morning when you wake up. Or everytime that you want a smoke do 10 crunches. Or if you want a snack bc you are craving a cig, then do 10 crunches! Just an idea. Stay strong, you dont want to go back to smoking.

Unfortunately it happens but Gina your health is more important. Be aware of what you are eating or snacking on and try to cut calories that way. Smoking is really bad for you. I quit many years ago and still get the urge! Life is not easy at times and as we age we also gain weight. Meaning me not you, your still a youngen. Hang in there. Try not to get depressed and think about how healthy your lungs will get. It will level off but your going to have to be careful to watch your snacking because you might be compensating snacking in place of that ciggarette without realizing it.

I heard of this patch ( or was it a pill ) created spec. for women that helps them stop smoking and it regulates their weight so they don't gain excessively. I saw the infomercial for it on tv. Myabe someone here knows what I'm talking about. And I feel ya' pain, beacuse while I've never been a smoker I did gain 6 pounds thanks to Ben & Jerry and Pringles I lost 4 of the 6 pounds, but I'm struggling with these last 2

my friends , you dont know me,,, im crazy when it comes to me weight...
god knows that, thats why he never gave me children..... when i was
110 lbs i thought i looked fat and now at 135, im tipping the scale...
not good, i just want to cry.. i cant handle this..... im a fat pig....and feel
like that too.... i now look like humpy dumpy .. you know fat body with

But think about it for a minute before you pick up a ciggerette. You've been doing SO good. Don't go back - you'll regret it. After you've given up for good, you can always loose the weight. It's more dangerous for your health to smoke than to gain a little weight that you can loose again.

You're not a fat pig at all. You're pretty and don't let yourself think otherwise!

don't go back to smoking....I give you a lot of credit for quiting..I wish I could.....I am just as weight obsessed as you....Blame it on your BF...lol...thats my excuse for my weight gain....I was 105 when I met him then gradully up to 110 then 115 now I'm afraid to even know.....

i am gonna blame him, he is to blame, when he comes over, we eat and
eat and eat. we either order out or i cook and he is italian and always has
to have a big meal if you know what i mean..... sometimes i dont mind if i dont see him everyday cause i get to eat cereal for dinner. low calorie..

girl your crazy i would trade your lil skinny behind of for mine in a minute! all shapes and sizes are beautiful if we were all skinny bean poles which i am so not the world would be a boring HUNGRY place! i'm a fatty and i don't care just because i may be a little bigger doesn't mean i'm not cute and don't deserve to be treated loved the same which trust me i am! hotties come in all sizes baby!
