Donating YT 30K Club Member | A new Health center opened up 5 minutes from me a few weeks ago and they have drop in classes for 5.00. I have gone to 14 classes so far. I love it. I have never exercised in my 54 years! I am taking Kickboxing twice a week and then strenght training 2 times a week. The kickboxing is a real workout!! For the one class so far I am the only one and my instructor is a personal trainer and owns his own kickboxing place. He comes in camoflauge gear and is pretty hard. I may quit his though I don't like being the only one and he is really tough. But I am enjoying the other KB instructor's class. Have fun!!

| Thanks, it has been 10 years since I've done it but I loved it. I am the same weight and I do workout evryday, so I think I'll beable to handle it. I am sure it is going to be a bit harder at 30 rather than 20 but I don't mind sweating with a GOOD WORKOUT...

| Love kickboxing...I like any kind of class excercise. I have a hard time doing any excercise on my own. Classes are more fun and challenging for me.

| I did a combo of Kickboxing and Freefighting for a while (ex-boyfriend was a competitive fighter). Didn't do any matches, just the training. I LOVED it! It makes you feel so confident and it's a GREAT workout. I have been lookind around for a while to see what I can do in this area. You GO GIRL!

| I took kickboxing classes at a martial arts studio all last winter. They are an amazing workout!!! I would leave their soaked in sweat. I would definitely recommend them.

| OMGosh, aside from sweating so bad and my butt killing me it was so fun. The classes are twice a week but I can kick box at the gym any time. I also talked my husband into joining. We are both going to the gym tonight...

| How fun!! I love kickboxing. I used to do it allll the time in college. Our gym had a punching bag but none of the gyms around me now have that. So once I get a bigger place I will get one to have in the house.

| I love it!!! Both me and my husband got into it about 2 years ago. We've even battled it out in our garage. (With protective gear and a mat of course) Best work out you'll ever get!!! We do it UFC style LOL No just kidding. He loves how much I get into it. He's 6" taller then me and out weighs me by 60 lbs so it's more of a work out for me. He wont get too rough with me but I have to admit I've gotten some good shots in on him. My brother came over one time and we had him had him laughing so hard that he had to take me on. He bet me that I would not beable to get in a good blow let alone catch him. My poor brother,,,,,,,, LOL I walked away with 20 bucks that day!
