| They're supposedly to help you lose weight. Hoodia was on 20/20 or one of those shows and has gotten a lot of hype ever since. It's an herb of some sort and is supposed to help suppress your appetite. I haven't tried them personally, but I know a girl who told me a friend of hers had lost quite a bit of weight with them. She was going to get them from the internet. I hate to say it, but it's so much better for you to make a lifestyle change and eat clean and healthy and exercise if you want to lose weight. I know it's harder, but it's really really the best way to go!

| I hate to admit this, but I did try one of those diet pills you see in ads that contained Hoodia. I sent it back after two weeks for a refund because it did nothing to supress my appetite, there was NO weight loss at all (advertised as 10 lbs per week) and it made me very jittery feeling.

| I got the 100% Hoodia pills at GNC. Not to use as a diet but to help curb my hunger while on another diet. (Medifast) I don't feel like they do anything at all, I am still starving! Kim |
