| Bad week GGRRRRRRR! Im so mad. My laptop is completely messed up and has been broke for about a week now. My husband just got back from bestbuy where he had them test the motherboard(not really sure what that is ) and they said the connection is broke and somethign about in order to fix it they have to replace the motherboard and other stuff...bla bla bla basically it will cost about as much as buying a whole new laptop. So Ive been having to share my husbands laptop this week which doesnt have any programs on it so I cant download or do anything with pictures. He doesnt even have word programs so I cant even do simple things like print labels So anyways Im very frustrated. I was hoping when my husband called me it would be to tell me it was fixed, but nope . So anyways I wont be on here as much until I get a new laptop, so if it takes me awhile to answer a post or pm please be patient with me Oh yeah, I dont get to go out of town to the pet industry trade show this weekend either. I waited too long and all the hotels are booked

| Oh darn, Shana. Is your broken laptop a Dell? I was just wondering because my son had a Dell and the same thing happened to his that happened to yours. Upon doing research, he found that this same thing was happening to so many others that had a Dell like his. He's ended up buying a different laptop but is still hoping someday he can figure out how to charge his old one up just long enough to get his stuff off there. Sorry about your compter woes! It can be so frustrating!

| My hubby and both have Dells also. We've had them for years and never had a problem with them. If you do have to get a new computer, look into one of those. Sorry you're having a bad week. It happens to the best of us. Just remember, it could always be worse! That's my motto! |

| Darn, I hope you all didn't think I was knocking Dell computers! I have a Dell myself and love it. It was the particular model my son had that went bad and upon research he found there were big time problems with that model and people were finding them toast just after a year and having to replace the motherboard and other things. It must have just been a bad year for that laptop!
