| Scary Night OK, so Friday night I got the biggest scare EVER!!! I couldn't sleep, so I was laying in bed reading & about 12:30, my smoke detector in my bedroom went off. It scared Sadie & she took off running to the other room. I ran to find her & the smoke detector in the living room was going off. Then I realized my alarm at my door was going off. THEN I heard the fire alarm in the hallway going off. I was so scared. So I grabbed Sadie, threw on some shoes, grabbed my cell & ran outside. All my neighbors were starting to gather outside. We could see water coming out of an apartment on the top floor, but could see no flames & smell no smoke. Since it was a Friday night not everyone was home yet. SWo there were 15-20 people outside. Of all of those people, I'm the ONLY one that's got a phone with me, so I call 911. I gave the fire dept our address & told them what's going on & they said they had already been dispatched to a different address nearby...I was like, "NO, that's the apt office!!!! They need to come all the way to the very end to our building!!!" So they came & as it turns out, it was a sprinkler head that "broke". I don't know how that happened. It was so scary, though. I'm just glad I was home, even though nothing really happened.

| That was scary! Just imagine how scared the little one would have been if you hadn't been there. Good thing it was a Friday night, too. At least, you could go back to sleep. I hope you were able to go back to bed, anyway.

| Oh my gosh- I bet that was scary! I'm glad it wasn't anything serious. I bet your heart was about to come out of your chest!
