My Tiny Treasures Donating Member | BEST Diet pill out there???!!!! I'd like to drop 10 pounds easily (don't we all!) Well I gain a couple since quitting smoking 2 years ago. I used to LOVE Metabolife when it had the ephendrine in it but now I ccan't find anything that works. Anyone have some success with a product that I could try??? You know the pill you take that will just melt the pounds away and you do nothing |

| I have gone through every diet pill, I was lucky before the ephedra ban. Now not so much, I know some to still contain ephedra, but it just isn't the same. My doctor did put me on a new medication for ADHD though, and one of its side effects is decreased appetite and weight loss. So far in a few weeks, my candy craving is down the drain, my meals are much smaller and healthier (except for today) and I have a normal amount of energy. Before I was always either, dog tired or bouncing off the walls. Now I just feel normal. |

| Weight gain does not happen overnight...and neither will weight loss. I am currently trying to lose weight also and this is maybe by 5th time dieting in the past year but so far it's going really well. I think the first few times, I really got impatient and discouraged when I wasn't losing weight as fast as I'd like. If you want to speed up your weight loss, I suggest taking Lipo6 by Nutrex. It works really well and I have never experienced side effects by taking it. Also if you are taking it, you will have very good results with just eating healthy and exercising. A few months ago, I took it for a month with NO exercise and purely eating healthy. I lost 10 lbs. Try it out!

| My husband swears by Push & Shove. I had never heard of it until I met him but it's simple really...you just push your plate back and shove your a** away from the table! LOL! Easy for him to say though...men don't gain weight like women do and there's just something wrong about that! Seriously though, have you tried a plan like South Beach or WW? I'll be starting the South Beach plan next week. With a little luck I'll be back where I feel comfortable soon. |

| Sorry to be a party pooper but a quick fix doesn't exist..........I would have found it by now The best way is to eat healthy and burn more calories (aka excercise) Take it from someone who has lost 173 lbs so far! No fad diets, surgeries or nada! Here is a link to my journey http://s95.photobucket.com/albums/l133/Future_RN_Jess/

| My aunt died from using epedra. Nasty stuff, that. I can't believe that there's still products out there with ephedra in it. Jessy...congrats on winning the battle!! You look beautiful and I bet you feel great, too! |

| Thanks everyone You have to start off by giving up little 'habits' I was a soda addict and left that. I eat 5-6 small frequent meals with lots of fruits and veggies. I don't eat refined sugars or white bread or pasta. I walk my poodle in the evenings and that is my excercise. I use olive or canola oil and stay away from trans fat. Water is my best frined and eat my veggies!
