| Poor dogs!!! I live in Missouri and we all know DOGs are a big thing around here (puppy mills, etc) I've heard so much sad puppy news lately!! Today the story was this : 7 showdogs were killed in a fire in western St. Charles County Monday morning. Augusta Fire Chief Bob Strickoff says it may have been caused by an electrical problem. The fire, in the 100 block of Whipperwill Lane, was reported just before 5 a.m. Monday. The dogs were housed in a mobile home that had been converted into a kennel. The dogs' owner, Marion Johnson, says she feels as though she's lost members of her family. Also last week I heard about a truck carrying dogs to California caught on fire I believe and all the puppies perished! I was SO SAD!!!! Thank goodness they don't show anything graphic!! |
