| I'm so pathetic So I made the fIRST cake and when i wen tto get it out of the oven.... It was just like on TV... It did a SLOW MOTION DROOP right in the middle So I make ANOTHER cake and it turns out ok... Well .... I was stupid enough to make Red Velvet cake and when I tried frosting it I was stupid and used white frosting and it turned into a MESS with red specks everywhere. Oh I forgot to mention that while it was cooling I was making the homade frosting and blew up my Kitchenaid mixer. Firts it POPPED and then started smoking... and did I mention when it POPPED I jumped back and knocked over my whole box of decorating tools? Then I went to pick everything up and stepped on a brand new decorating tip and flattened it like a pancake. when this happened it cut my bare foot and I jumped up and came down and banged my head on the breakfast bar. That is when I shoved it all aside and frosted the cake to look like it had chicken pocks So then I was so mad i decided I couldn't give up. I then go the good old emergency can of icing out of the closet. It was chocolate so it would COVER all the red speckling. So then by now I anm ALREADY supposed to be there and I am just frosting the dang cake for the second time So I quick do a chocolate frosting and hop in the car and put the cake on the seat. HMMMM I hit my brakes at a redlight because I'm RUSHING... and the cake slides to the floor and now I have A chocolate succotash thing going on So I just keep driving and go to the stupid class anyways... So how was everybody elses day
