| Cat pee... Does anyone know how to get rid of the stink of cat pee? We had our garage open, and a cat came in and sprayed. This is one smell I cannot tolerate at all, I won't even own a cat because of this!!! The garage reeks, I wanna puke. When we open to door from the garage to the kitchen, I can smell it if I'm by the sink..it's soo bad. I Have a real sensitive nose for this stench. We've been letting the garage air out, and even scrubbed the floor w/ a bleach solution...now it smells like a cat peed by a pool! Does anyone have any suggestions that will KILL this smell? I can't take it anymore. This smell makes ME feel unclean I won't even park my car in the garage, and now I'm scared my bike is going to smell because we keep our bikes parked in it |

| Sorry this happened to you. All I know to do is leave the garage door open and let it air out. |

| I had a problem with my cat marking when we moved into our new house. She would pee right next to her box on the tile floors. It would get in the grout...gross!!! I love my kittie but there is nothing more rancid than the smell of cat urine!!!! I thought is was hopeless...anywho...Walmart carries this amazing product called "Kids 'N' Pets. It is a stain and odor remover. It works wonders! I would get a bottle of that and put it on the spray area and get a little dust broom and brush it into the pores of the concrete. That should get it out. This stuff works on carpet too!!!! My sis got intoxicated one night and peed and threw up in her husbands BRAND NEW TRUCK ...She went and got this stuff and it was like it was never there! Good luck!

| Natures Miracle takes away odors. It has enzymes in it that somehow take the away the smell. I buy it at Petco. I would put some in a spray bottle and spray it all over the area where the cat sprayed to make sure you got the area covered. It also works in the washing machine for dog bedding. I love it! |

| Ok I'm an expert on this one from raising cats FIRST OFF... It's the SPRAY and not the pee that really STINKS. You need to FIND where the spray spots are. usually up a table leg or on a box or someting like that. SORRRY.. but you will have to get on all fours and smell EVERYTHING to find SOURCES. if you don't get exact spray sources you will NEVER get the smell gone NEVER. Get a product called ODORMUTE. Mix it way stronger then directions say!!!! Let it SOAK in the spot for awhile and then SCRUB and then let it dry and DO IT AGAIN the next day. then after that dry's .......do regular cleaning with a pet carpet cleaner and vinegar.. If the smell is in something like a BOX or something VERY POROUS....THROW IT AWAY... you will never get the stench out.

Thanks! We think we know where it sprayed, theres a couple dark spots on the floor. Is ODORMUTE a carpet cleaner? It peed in the garage, the floor is cement, so will it work? We thought it was a carpet it sprayed on that the builders left for us as a walkway byy the door, but we threw it out and the smell is still there. Is this stuff expensive? As for mixing it, I probably won't dilute it at all. I would've even left the bikes running in the garage closed if it wasn't for carbon monoxide, lol. I'm going to take a black light in our garage, that way the cat urine will stand out. I really don't wanna sniff my whole garage...besides it won't help because I have such a sensitive nose for it, I probably won't be able to tell. | |

UGHHHHHHHHH Cement and vinyl are 2 of the hardest places to get the smell out of. You literally have to let it soak in and do it a bunch of days in a row. Don't let an immediate result FOOL YOU.. if you don't do it right. it will creep back at you. Might take a day ,might take a week... but it WILL
