I can't believe how late your's are going back. Ethan started on the 14th so this is his third day back. Where did the summer go? I'm sure your little one will make friends quickly.

| Ah, this post hits such a sore spot in my heart at the moment. My experience is a bit different. This is the first year I will not be going back to school because I got my BA degree in May. I've decided to take a break before going on to graduate school, and it feels kind of... empty. I've gone to school at the end of August since I was 6 and now, september will come and I will be home Don't get me wrong, I really like having all the time in the world, reading whatever I like and whatnot, but I miss school already. I've decided to teach myself French, knit more, and write a scholarly article when the schools start so I don't get too depressed. But I know it won't be the same. Well, anyway, sorry for venting but I wanted to share. Good luck to all your little ones. I am sure they will do great.
