| Is it just me???? This is way off topic but i needed to vent!!! Please explain to me how a man who is a war veteran, still in the armed services, who hunts and is on the marksmans team in the army (nat. guard) can hit something miles away but can't pee in the toilet without spraying everything in a five mile radius i can't stand cleaning up after his nasty butt. i told him last night i'm going to start charging him major $$$!!! i love him to death but DANG!!! |

| I'd like to think that if he were cleaning up after himself, he'd be a little more accurate - but I believe it is just a guy thing (marking his territory) LOL!

| I'd stick a plastic milk carton in the bathroom for him and lock the lid down on the toilet, but then again, I can be a real b**** when it comes to cleaning that kind of mess, especially when it can be avoided.

You could always go to the baby section at Walmart or Target, for potty training, they sell "Piddlers". They are little flushable targets you put in the toilet for training potty training boys! I'd wrap them up and give them as a "gift".. you can tell him to aim at those!!

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | LOLOLOL !!! The target sounds too funny - Why not tell him to clean it up HIMSELF ? Put a note on the lid along with a roll of paper towels and maybe a little poem... Just a quick note to say.... Please don't ruin my day. If you going and missing..... there'll be no more kissing.... If you really love me... drop to one Knee. Clean up the floor.... and I'll say no more. |

| When he doesn't pee on the seat, maybe you can give him a little treat (wink, wink).

| Villette - that poem is toooo funny! I gotta put that one up in the bathroom. [PS the following advice is posted with tongue very firmly in cheek!] We spend an awful lot of time training our yorkies to go in the right place. Maybe you could use the same methods for your man. Unfortunately you'll need stand near him while he goes. When he manages to get it in the bowl click and reward! (or maybe just a "Good Boy"!). And when he misses you don't scold (he might get a complex LOL) just say "oh dear" in a disappointed voice.

Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | If we weren't so terrified of the ramifications of forgetting to lower the seat when we're through, perhaps our aim would be a little better.
