| Help Me!! Help i read on here, about how to clean your house and somene said that they pour bleach in their tub with water and let it sit for a while. So i did this and with in minutes my tub started turning to yellow in different spots!!! i rent this house, does anyone know what i can do to fix this?? has anyone else had this problem with bleach?? any suggestions are welcomed!!!!! |

| oh my, bleaching should get a whitening reaction . . not yellowish I don't have a solution though but am hoping someone will be able to help you out! |

| Rinse it out really well. When it dries it should be fine. I use CLR on my grout all the time, it turns yellow and when it dries it is bright white. I hope this is the case with you. Good luck, and don't panic.

| First of all, I am sorry I don't have the solution to your problem but here is another thing to consider. Bleach is not a good cleaning product because it is highly toxic. While you are trying to kill the germs, you poison yourself slowly. Consider using less toxic cleaning products. They have shelves of options now. Good luck though.

| tub The problem can be with the material of the tub...porceline, enamel plumbing fixtures do okay with bleach products..but fiberglass types can yellow...material like PVC will yellow also... |

| ohhhhhhh..... well i still hope it fades away.... i use bleach for my towels and my counter top, but i have never had this happen, maybe i also used too much. i also noticed that the bleach wasnt clear it was kinda yellow, but i didnt pay attention too at the time.... |

| Oops, I never thought about that. I rarely use bleach for cleaning, hope that's not the case with her. Edited:Sorry didn't see your last post. I hope it fades too. I hate cleaning problems.........

| you mayhave used to much it doesn't take much bleach to clean with mix it with really hot water... i hardly ever use bleach it gives me a major headache or make red blotches on me if i get it on my skin and makes me itchy ewww use gloves 8-) |

| i agree i think i used to much, bleach doesnt really effect me, i really like the way bleach smells in the house, it smells to CLEAN...= ) |
