| Deb, you and my daughter would get along just fine! As a child: King (a Lassie dog who ran away, never saw him again) Tiny a mutt. Got in to poison in the garage and died Skipper a mutt. Died of old age 15 years old (MY first dog that was only mine) Kitty a cat my mother made me get rid of a week after I got it. She hated cats Muffin a little black mutt about 5 pounds. Died of natural causes at 5 Brandy a mutt I rescued. Gave him away because we couldn't house break him (Are you listening Tucker) Holly a "benjie" dog who was my lovey girl. Died of diabetes at 8 years old Adult (Most, except Bandit and Tucker, were protested, but Megan won...I've probably even forgotten a few) Casey yellow lab we had to give away terrible biter Sandy yellow lab that we gave away because we couldn't house break her (Are you listening Tucker) She was bad, someone gave her to me and totally lied about her. She made Marley of Marley and me seem catatonic. Like Marley with none of Marley's good points. Shadow Black lab, just way too much dog for our little house. Gave to a friend with another lab and a huge piece of property. Gave up on dogs....... Muffin cat-have her going on10 years Smokey cat-have him going on 8 years I doubt if I could remember the names of most of the hamster who all died eventuallY: Snuggles, Cuddles, Cuddles Too...probably more Sunny hamster who used to sit in my pocket for hours died after 6 years Rosey hamster that died within 2 years, bad biter! Donating YT 10K Club Member | I didn't get chicks or baby ducks for Easter, but I hatched chicken eggs and taught them tricks for a science project. Made the incubator and everything...got up at 2 in the morning to turn those stupid eggs. I should've gotten an A just for getting up to do egg turning. I had 3 chickens and 1 rooster. He'd attack you for sticking your hand in and grabbing one of his girls I taught one to come to a bell, one went through a maze, and the other climbed a set of stairs. Only the females learned anything...the rooster was stupid One of my childhood friends lived on a "real" farm....she had all the farm animal pets. She had a little baby goat named Matilda. Matilda followed her around like a dog. I loved that baby goat We used to play "round up"....we get on her ponies and chase all the other animals around and around. Her mother would say the chickens wouldn't lay eggs for 3 days after a visit from us LeeAnn sold her cow, Moonie, to a butcher....I was outraged...LOL. She just kept saying...Deb, it's a lot of money I used to dress up my cat, Puff, and push her in a babystroller. She liked it....she used to get in the stroller by herself

| LOL If they are waiting for me, I hope they wait a really long time!!!! hmmmm Friday, a black cat I found in a dumpster on my way home from school one day.I kept her in my room for about two weeks before my Mom found out. My friend named her Friday. Tiger Cat, well I thought he was mine, but after I took him in to be fixed, he ran down the street, and now lives with a very nice old lady. So I guess he won't be looking for me. Valentine, Sweet little mixed breed, took her home from the pound, Just couldn't leave her there, she passed away after 14 years. Roxanne, our Rottie, boy I hope shes there, I really miss her, she was almost 12 when she passed away. Now the ones I hope never leave me, Poncho he's a sweetheart!!!!! Princess, I wouldn't know what to do. And then there's Mandy, a big pain in the butt, but she's a good baby, she just thinks she's 5 pounds, but she's really 100

Donating YT 10K Club Member | Those are cute babies, Gina...and I didn't say I wanted to go where mine are tomorrow My kitty Jasmine came from the pound...go in kitty meowing her head off w/ paws out the cage, begging ya....pet her...move to the other side of the room....kitty going nutso. Finally took her. Jasmine was the ugliest cat you'd ever seen. Gray tabbie with orange spots Hubby looked at her and said why the h-ll did ya get that ugly kitten for? Told him...she wanted to go worse than anyone else there I forgot one....hubby's sister found a german shepard puppy in a dumpster. She was marked like a doberman. I named her Penny. Now we had Aggie at the same time....Aggie was low profile (if ya know what I mean)....Penny thought she was the same size as Aggie...when Aggie went under a table so did Penny....crash She broke more stuff walking under it than she ever did chewing......

| Wow. Growing up I had only dogs, and only ever one at a time. Sherman a cocka-poo/chilalia (have no idea about spelling of that, sorry) he lived until I was 14 then we had to put him down. Then we got Sadie-Jane a basset hound, she was from a shelter so she was already old when we got her - she only lived a few years, died of cancer. Then my parents got a Newfie, Morgan, and still have her. When I moved in with my husband he already has a cat, we still have him and we got our bulldog Boethius, still have him too. We had a guiney pig named Daygoo died of cancer. We had a rat named Nicodeamous, died in an accident We have a rabbit - falicity, still have her. And then the most wild animals - the kids - Lysander and Gwynneth we still have them too MAY 7 and we will have our first yorkie, Princess Peach.

| Here they are in the order I remember.... Jettie - mixed black dog - think she got hit by a car Jettie - mixed black dog - died of old age (no, that is not a mistake, first 2 dogs were named the same - they were from the same Mom - who knows what the Dad was - when the first one got run over, they had more pups so we got one that looked just like the 1st one! We lived on a highway and the 2nd Jettie got run over more times than you can count, one time a car ran over her tail and cut it off and she looked like she had a docked tail but she always survived! Scamp - mixed daschund and some kind of terrier - cutest little guy, but scared to death of lightning - we had to replace every screen door in the neighborhood, because Scamp would tear everybodies screen door down trying to get in from the storm! Sheba - mixed German Shepherd puppy - got ran over running across the street to see my Dad when he got home from work one day. Fluffy - a mean cat that my Mom brought home from the school she worked at, there was a litter of kittens that had been born under the school. Was told she was hit by a car, found out later in life that wasn't true, won't go into detail with what happened to her 2 Springer Spaniels that were my Mom's - don't remember their names, don't know what happened to them! Kelly - the best cat in the whole wide world - she was a stray that adopted me one night when I was walking around the block with friends - one of the guys started petting her - at the time I did not like cats and my Dad was scared of them so I kept telling him not to do that so that she would not stay - she had a broken or hurt leg and she hung around for 3 days - and I decided that if I got home on the 4th night and she was still there I would feed her. Well, I got home from work and my Dad was still awake so I figured I would have to wait until he went to bed because he wouldn't want me to feed her - anyway he went to the door that night and saw the kitten and said "Louise, come feed this poor little cat" so from then on Dad and I had a cat ...took her to the vet and he examined her leg and told me I should put her to sleep she would never walk or be anygood...well I couldn't do that..her leg healed and I had her for 13 years! Best cat in the world (I think I said that already!) She wandered off to die, because she knew that I couldn't handle it if I saw her dead, and I knew in my heart that she had died peacefully so I was OK....Sad but OK! Then I got married......husband bought me a Cocker Spaniel we named Ruffles..stupid stupid dog!! We bred her one time, I freaked out when she had the puppies and decided I would never be a breeder!! Dusty...mixed puppy we got from the Humane Society...this dog would climb a 5 foot chain link fence and stand on the top He got out one time and did not come back. Jennie...lab mix, don't remember where we got her, but she also climbed the fence and we were afraid she would get run over so hubby took her to work and gave her to someone who had lots of acreage where she can run! (the bad thing about this is we did not prepare the children and he took her to work and my oldest sons first day of 1st grade...he still says (jokingly) that all of his problems stem from the fact that we gave his dog away his first day of school!! Patch...Australian Shepherd/Corgi mix...13 yrs old...best dog ever...we still have him and dread the day something happens to him, because I don't know how my boys who have grown up with him will handle. In fact, my oldest, who is almost 22, says that when something happens to Patch, don't tell him, just have Patch stuffed, put him in the den and he won't ask any questions (I asked him if he wanted him sittin or layin Matilda - cat 10 yrs old - adopted from vet here in town that rescued kitties...turned out she had medical problems and the vet was mad his office let me adopt her and he wanted me to bring her back so that he could put her to sleep ...in his words, she would never be a "productive" cat...WTH is a productive cat??? Needless to say, she is fine, mean as he**, and not very happy that we now have........ BONNIE ...who really isn't an animal but since others are listing their Yorkies I guess I will too!! Bonnie will be 4 in May! Oh yeah....I also had the occasional goldfish, turtle, and I also got chickens at Easter. My boys had a goldfish named Patricia who the neighbor girl thought she would be helpful and cleaned her tank with clorox but didn't rinse all the clorox out, needless to say Patricia did not make it. My husband had a little ceremony with the boys as they "flushed" Patricia, and my 5 yr old son came to me and very solemnly told me that "Daddy flushed Patricia down the toilet to Jesus". |

| AH, doesn't it make ya feel bad when ya remember you forgot one... I also had a German Shepherd named Savannah. My girlfriend and I got them(she got one too, Tasha) on our way home from school on day, Mom was NOT impressed. But I loved her and eventually bred her with my dads GS and sold the pups for 100.00 and thought I was rich, until the vet bills came for Savannah, I learned then I could not be a breeder, Not ready for all those nerves. Then I had to move so I found her a home and went out to visit her everyweek for months then one day,, Everything was gone from this guys house...I was so upset, and about a year later I ran into the guy in a bar, and I asked him what happened and where is Savannah, he said real casually " Oh I took her to the pound." I started crying instead of killing him like I wanted to... I remember saying " I could have done that, thanks alot" as I walked away.. But, I tell myself she was a beautiful dog and I'm SURE someone adopted her.

| T.V. Tom - He was a snapping turtle that my dad's best friend picked up on the side of the road on his way over to our house for Christmas because he forgot to get me a present. I was 5, don't ask me why I named him TV Tom Sammie and Frankie - 2 Albino African Claw frogs. They passed away 2 years ago. Fish, countless numbers and many varieties. and then there is.... Gracie, my sweet yorkie gal!!! Has anyone seen that episode of Will and Grace where Jack tell's Karen that her drag name is the name of her first pet combined with the first street she ever lived on... I'm too chicken to start it as a thread, but mine is "T.V. Tom ElPasso"... I laugh so hard everytime I think about that!
