| very worried A friend had bought a pet from a small petstore here, it is a brussel griffon. Well, I guess she was having trouble with the dog and decided to bring it back. The petstore gave it back to the breeder. Well, the little girl of my friend cried because she wanted her dog back and my friend missed her as well, so my friend went back to the petstore who then contacted the breeder which did sell her the dog back, the problem was that she had bred the dog with a yorkie and the dog is now pregnant. She knew she was getting a pregnant dog but wanted it anyway, she has no experience with deliveries and is going to get a vet to do it, (I assume vets do deliver) my question is what (by estimating if you can) would be the cost for the vet bill. She is kind of in a bind and does not want anything to happen to her dog or the puppies so a vet is best. I have a another question as well, is breeding a dog in her first heat OK, and what in the hell would you call a brussel griffon x yorkie. The dog seems to be doing fine and I think she is 30 something days pregnant. I do not know if I posted this in the right place so forgive me and let me know if it should be moved. |

| hmmmmmmmmm I really don't know much about breeding, but I know if you are going to breed, you have to wait for a least the second heat. A vet would be best. Are there any Breeders near you she can talk to for some help? No idea what they would name that mix. Maybe you should post in the Breeder Threads, they would have the right answers for you. Good luck to your friend.
