| Oscars Anyone? Are you going to watch the Oscars? I am, I don't think I have missed a year since I was about 10 yrs old. I didn't get to see many movies this year due to travel but I hope to catch them on DVD very soon. I will still watch the ceremony. Who do you want to win for Best Actor, Best Actress and Best Movie? |

| I doubt I'll watch it. I'm really not overly impressed with the movies that are up for nominations this year. |

| I'm usually not into the Oscars, but for some reason I'm interested this year. I have watched quite a few of the movies/actors nominated, and there are some good ones. I'm a little disappointed 'Cinderella Man' didn't make it for best movie nomination though...

| Man, talk about a boring show and some total surprize winners!!!!!!!!! This was the most boring Oscars I have ever watched. I didn't expect Crash to win or Rachel Wiese. |

Donating YT 10K Club Member | I don't watch the Oscars. I have never understood why a group of actors sound like they're reading cue cards. They're actors, for pete's sake, act like you're not reading cue cards. And the one liners that are meant to amuse....don't....they just sound stupid. I will watch the entertainment shows tonight, though.....just so I can think....holy crap, she paid 14,000 dollars for that dress, it's hideous, yuck, and didn't she check her hair before leaving the dang house???

| I love the Oscars and never miss it! I thought all of the movies nominated were fabulous and had such wonderful messages and were more than fluff and puff. So in tune with doing what movies do best...making people think. I was surprised that Crash won because everyone expected it to be Brokeback Mountain but Crash was such a powerful and compelling movie that it deserved it. I have to see it again as I only saw it once. It is hard to watch but the message is so important to society I believe. |

| I was so happy that Crash won...I hope that everyone that didn't see it will now go. It is a great film that deals with a very disturbing topic....Racism in America. I spend all of my volunteer time working on race issues and raising public awareness on racism. Bravo that this movie was acknowledged.
