| Ankle update Sorry I didn't post when I got back from Dr. but I am so busy at work and home and still can't walk. I now have an ankle brace that must weigh about 30 lbs and goes up to just under my knee. I am able to walk on it for a few hours a day and then have to go back on crutches this I have to do for the remainder of the week. I can then start going longer without them. I have another brace I have to wear when sleeping. I can't wait for this da*n thing to heal. I am not good at sitting still and this is driving me nuts. Needless to say Mac & Mellie are terrified of the crutches.

| Oh that stinks. Im sorry. I feel your pain though. I did "something" to the back of my knee Monday and it still really hurts. I just have an ace bandage around mine, as I dont know what I did (but do i go to the dr...noooooo.....) anyway..i broke a small bone in my foot last year and had to do the brace thing at night...not fun! Hope you heal quickly!
