YT Addict | Has anyone missed me???? Well Ive been gone for about a month.Ive really been researching the lapband which seems to be good so far.It is a surgery they put a band around your stomach which creates a small pouch (no cutting or stappling) so you feel full much faster and aides in losing weight!I have already seen the dr and he thinks I would be a good canadate.I am now waiting for my surgery date to be set up!!Hopefully in April,Im going to update pitcures of Sparky,Violet and Autumn soon!!!!!!!!!!! |

| I hope you get all of the good results you want! I'm glad you're not doing the bypass. I think that one is too risky. |

| It all depends on your doctor. My Doctor has done more GB than any other Doctor in the country and none of his patients have died. He has done more than 5000. As long as you are in the right hands you will be safe. Good luck with your lap band!!!! |

| Welcome back! I work for a surgeon's office and we perform the lap band procedure. Patients seem to have really good results from it. Good luck with everything and if you aren't happy with you Dr, let me know. We would love to see you in NC!

| Several people at work have had various procedures and it seems that the best thing is to know all of the risks and follow the post op care to the letter. We have seen a lot of fantastic successes and a few very sad outcomes. I'm sure you have done your homework! I wish you all the best and hope you enjoy your successes as much as some of my friends!
