| Art- Orchid pastel I just finished my brothers and his fiance's birthday gift (they have b-days in the same week which makes it easy to get a joint gift ) I will post a pic of it when it is completely framed.... i ripped the sides and will be mounting it on an olive green peice of paper and then maybe a simple balck frame (dunno.... undecided, i will see what the frame place has before i make my decision)... anyways, it is drawn from life and is done in pastels |

| truthfully........ it was the only paper i had to draw on that was not white.... but i THINK her favorite color is purple (My brother couldnt care less... but at least it will be apealing to his fiance) so i guess it works out |

| Wow, looks amazing and I'd be so much happier to receive a personalized gift like that, rather than some useless junk which goes in a drawer... I'm simply amazed by the creativity and artistic abilities and sewing abilities of numerous YT members. Please try to remember to share the finished framed picture with us if you can (I do realize you are busy and all). |
