Finally I will get some answers and not the run around. For those of you who don't know me I have lupus and get seizures that have baffled many doctors. I also have Sjogren's and Hashimoto' and auto immune hepatitis. I'm only 36 and feel like I'm 86. I am so excited and nervous at the same time. My Mother actually worked there when I was a young girl. It's 2 hour drive, but they are the best in the world!! I can't wait to get better. Thanks so much for everyone's prayers and I'll let you know how it goes. I'll have to wait a while before they will see me, but it's worth it.

I don't know what NIH is?

Did they ever do Cat Scans on you because of the dizziness? Just curious.

I'm SO HAPPY for you and the BEST OF LUCK at NIH - you sound wonderful today and that has to really boost your moral.....I really hope you can get some relief and if anything - they will be able to be more accurate on your treatment right ?

Way to go Michelle - that's the best thing I've heard all day and high fives to you girl !

LOL NIH is The National Institute of Health! I've had cat scans mri's and and tons of other tests. My doc says it's something they don't know and that NIH will take me and I am so excited.

Now only if I could start painting again. I may try tommorow. I get down when I'm not painting or drawing. LOL It is so theraputic for me!!

Where is NIH? I'm glad you're going to get in. Perhaps they'll have some new technology that will help you. Let's pray they do.

It's just north of Washington D.C. in Maryland where I live. It's about a 2 hour drive as I live 20 miles south of D.C. They've got so much technology there, they do so much testing of people from all over the world!!

Michelle I am so happy for you....you deserve to feel better and finally get some answers!! You are such a strong woman and I admire your courage....I am so glad you are able to get in with the NIH!!!
