YT 2000 Club Donating Member | Rigair 10th anniversary party We had the perfect day for the event. A huge private 46 acre fully leash free park with a pond on it! About 60 folks and yorkies and one BRT attended. I was too busy having fun to take any pics but there was a photographer there that did the honors. We had some dock diving but only Razzle and Magic ended up doing that - the dock was quite high for a beginner to learn to jump from. But many Yorkies got in swimming. I have never seen Razzle run so much and have so much fun with all the yorkies! More folks came up to Magic then I anticipated and he was the perfect gent! Even a few I believe female Yorkies came up and brushed noses with him. Of course Razzle lay for a while between Magics paws - they are best buds. But more folks were scared of Magic then the Yorkies were lol. We kept Magic on lead except when swimming in deference to most of the folks there. Magic decided he really liked a female friend of mine - who of course was scared of him :-) He decided to lay between our chairs and rest his head on her feet in between looking up adoringly at her! After about 30 minutes of that she consented to pet his head lol. A group of folks entered a competition to build a Yorkie from various stuff and then we had an applause competition for best in show made Yorkie :-) Fun fun fun An obedience and agility demo by Ilona (of course with Lola - Razz's mom) And I got a special towel all embroided to commemorate the event it is for after swimming. Everyone had so much fun we are going to do it again next year! And clean up was helped out by a number of folks and our trolley got well used that day! Happy Anniversary Rigair

| Sounds like a Yorkie lovers day of paradise, Gail. Bet everybody with 4 paws had a better time even than you guys. Dogs I think may even love get-togethers more than humans, maybe because they get to go to fewer. But they sure seem happy when groups gather. Congrats to Rigair, though not sure what it is. Your breeder's AKC registered kennel name? That story of Magic's new love is funny. Just like a gentle giant to try to make buddies with someone they can tell is kinda scared of them. But the big guy did his best to show BRT's softer, gentler side. Going to go click on the photos now and imagine myself there!

YT 2000 Club Donating Member | Rigair Yorkshire Terriers - Ilona is my breeder of Razzle and my trainer for my Blackies. Training with the Yorkies is how I fell in love with Yorkies! Ilona is registered with CKC Canadian Kennel Club. Ilona came to Canada in 2004 from Latvia - I have known her since 2006 She is such a wonderfull person and a superb trainer. With my first Blackie she asked me how far do you want to take him? He could compete in obedience on the world stage. I said all the way she said good I need to train you! And after many many months of training after Magic came up injured - we tried in so many ways to work with that injury - but we were un successful. We waited this is prior injury almost 2yrs for Magic to get tested for his first CD title. In one weekend we earned it in two high in class and one reserve high in show! As a novice handler this is very rare! Which is what I was then. She is without doubt a great trainer and breeder. It is because she works with the team of you and your dog. Looking and understanding your strong points and your weak points and building on both. Very creative.

| Happy Anniversary, Rigair from John, Katie, and me. I wish we could have been there to see our dear friends and that Katie could have spent some special time with her other mom. Ilona surely gave our little girl the healthiest and most loving start to her life. Katie is such a confident, happy, friendly, and loving little girl. I can speak personally about Ilona's training. Katie is impeccably trained, but she is still feisty, spirited, and full of personality. When I first saw the sparkle in Razzle's beautiful eyes in your avatar and followed his road to his Canadian and American championships and then his Grand Championship, I fell in love with my first Rigair Yorkie. When you, Jackie, and Ilona helped to bring Katie into our lives, my life was beautifully changed and enriched, and she took my breath away. Lastly, Jackie's Que Tee, the little hellion puppy you described, is also such a special little girl who is so lovingly adored by her mom and me. I only personally know three Rigair Yorkies, but I am a huge fan of Rigair and Ilona. I'm thrilled that it was such a special day for you. I'm glad both of your boys had such a great time, too. I have learned so much about training, health, and matters of the heart from you, Gail. You have given your babies such a magical and charmed life, and all of your lives are enriched because of it. "Because I knew you, my life has been changed for good." I'm so grateful that I found Yorkietalk, and you are one of the special reasons.

| Wish I could have been there I wish I could have gone. I have always been so impressed with Ilona and her commitment to breeding such healthy, well rounded yorkies. Que Tee is such a pleasure and I thank Gail everyday for giving me the opertunity to own her. I know Ilona is very careful to see that her pups go to loving devoted homes and without her endorsement I would never have had the opertunity to own such a special baby. Thank you Gail for your belief in me and thank you Ilona for being able to own such a special little girl. I can't imagine how much fun it must have been seeing so many Yorkies all at one time playing together. Love the pictures. What a special party where so many Yorkies all together related in one way or another. Gail, I have heard so much about you that I feel like an old friend. |
