I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | ![]() I just wanted to share a fun app I’ve been using that tracks you food and exercise as well as helps you set realistic goals. I learned in school that whenever we write down what we eat, we tend to alter our behavior for the good, so I’ve been writing down my diet for years, but I like the idea that this tells me how balanced it is and how I’m doing in the vitamin depart and other things. It’s pretty easy to tract your foods and if you use the mobile app there is a scanner so you can scan products. I do it mostly on the computer and here’s the website. http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/start-now-sa.asp. For those who prefer mobile, here’s the free app. SparkPeople Mobile Applications – iPhone and Android Diet and Recipe Apps | SparkPeople So far I haven’t learned everything it does yet, but I do think it offers some useful tools in trying to stay healthy. So far I've lost half a pound!!! ![]()

| ![]() Seems amazing, these trackers can really be helpful especially if you want to lose weight. I've been through this phase and I can relate that how beneficial this kind of tracker can be. So I would like to share my weight loss experience here. First of all you need to change your lifestyle in order to lose weight or reduce belly fat. Eat healthy foods and avoid all kinds of junk and processed foods. Exercise regularly, drink lots of water, take green tea with lemon and most of all be consistent and determined in your weight loss effort. So if you're looking for a best way to lose stomach fat fast or lose overall weight, you should follow these tips. Exercise applications or tracker can be very helpful in keeping track of your progress. |

| ![]() I use MyFitnessPal to track everything. I love it. I mostly just use it to track my macros and calories since I started this workout program. I would love to get a fitbit to track my activity. Not sure how much you exercise, but have you tried supplements? As in protein powder, fat burners? Cellucor has AMAZING products! They have awesome whey protein flavors and preworkout powder you mix with water that gives you a boost in working out and they taste like koolaid. If you're ever interested in trying it out, I have a promo code, 'CASEY', for 25% off and free shipping! http://cellucor.evyy.net/c/156653/173773/3112 |

The only complaint I have is that it's bit confusing to understand all the data b/c there seems to be an issue with the integration process between MFP and VF2. But still, I get a better idea all the calories, fat, activities, etc... | |

| ![]() I do so much comparison sometimes, I get sick of it and end up not getting anything. LOL It all comes down to what's more important. If you prefer the "fancier" features (ie. called ID, vibration alerts, OLED display, etc...) AND if keeping track of your heart rate is important, then I think fitbit would be your go to. Those things I mentioned weren't really that big of a deal to me so the biggest deciding factor was that with Vivofit2, I didn't have to worry about charging and since it's more water resistant, I don't have to worry about taking it off when showering/swimming. I think those were the key differences between the two. So depending on your personal need/wants, either tracker is really nice and has plenty of good reviews. |
