| I am young but overloaded and scrambled, today I am so overwhelmed and exhausted that I became extremely frustrated trying to figure out an ikea curtain rod while a bird outside made a terrible noise, sigh- why won't they just put words on it! I suppose between the five young children and braces and therapy apts and special needs school meetings a work and farm animals and property Maintenence andcooking for hoards and paying the bills that if my brain does not implode now, I am not sure what wil be left as I age the just don't give a damns are hitting me early and the enthusiasm for anything but making it through to the next day definitely becomes challenging sometimes. Today my blankets are a comfort, my tea cup beside me, my darling lilah on my lap and the hope that my wonderful love will come home with Chinese take out yup, I'm with you.

| I love reading your posts. It looks like we are all in the same boat no matter what our ages. Keeping up with daily living is a a full time job. |

YT 2000 Club Donating Member | Sure does seem like we all have a lot in common. The way I see it Misty is that right now, your job is finishing your education. Maybe ease up on yourself for needing to have a spotless home, and ask hubby to share some of those cleaning tasks. Meditation can clear the brain, as can lots of other activities, long walks, listening to music etc. Diet is important too. Hang in there gal ... I was going to give some other cogent advice but; oops it went in then out of my brain

| So, I don't want to feel better knowing that others go through this but it does help to know that I'm not unique i.e. losing my mind? Thank you all so much for your support. I am trying to write an essay today and it is hard because I have absolutely no interest in the subject and, for the first time in an age, the sun is shining and there is a clear blue sky! I am feeling a lot better, today, though. Hubby has gone to work and is awaiting THE PHONE CALL to offer him another job and I find it torturous waiting with him! But, apart from that, I don't have too many complaints. I haven't heard a gnat flying around or anything else which demands my attention away from, oh, just about everything! Was that a helicopter or a plane that just flew by... |
