| New Year's Resolutions/Resillusions ...It's that time again. What are your resolutions for 2015?? I saw a friend on Twitter refer to it as a New Year's Resillusion...thought that was pretty funny and definitely fitting, but then I asked myself, why? Why do we resolve to change in the new year, only to fall off the bandwagon weeks or months later? I think it makes one feel good to make a goal and have something to work towards. But then we get lazy or life happens. Heard it and lived it myself a million times. I really want to change that this time around. Anyone who wants to make a resolution and actually have someone to hold them accountable for it, post here. I think that while ultimately it's up to you to want it for yourself, a network of friends to cheer you along doesn't hurt.

| Resillusion, lol, I like! I don't want to be held accountable, but one of my goals is to cut back on sugar intake.

| I am going to lose weight this year (goal weight desired by June) and I'm going to do well with studies and I'm going to finalize a research position and I'm going to continue to dye my hair and be okay about it cuz I can't stand gray at 35 but admire anyone braver than me on that front.. That's all I got for now..! |

| People make their resolutions too big then give up when they can't meet their goal. I do simple things, last year I resolved to walk more and eat less red meat. I got a fit bit and have been walking more and the eating less red meat was pretty easy too. This year I want to excercise more, take my pups to the park more and drink more non soda drinks.
