| I tried it qutie a few years ago, and thought the food was HORRIBLE!!! The only good part was having everything planned for you so you didn't have to spend so much time preparing, shopping and thinking about food. Unless they've changed A LOT you might as well just go to your local recycling center and gather up some cardboard-it'll taste the same and not cost you so much!! AND you'd be helping the environment! Back then you had to buy a whole week's worth of food at a time and you couldn't sample it before hand. I think I joined when they were having a promotion so I just paid for the food, but I think they normally had some kind of sign-up or membership fees, too. Just my opinion, though. Good luck whatever you decide!

| My mother-in-law recently did this and she wasn't impressed with the food. She said it was quite bad actually! If you really want to do a meal program, you can do weight watchers and go by their points system...they have prepared meals in the frozen section of the market that taste really good and you are pretty much guaranteed to lose weight. Lean Cuisine and Smart Ones are geared towards this plan. Good Luck! |

| I don't know if you have Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating in your area, but her food is really good and reasonably price. My gram has been getting her meals for years. I have never heard good or bad things about Nutrisystem, but just wanted to share that.
