| Argan Oil Hair Color - Ayone? I went to Sally's yesterday and bought the "One 'n-Only" Argan Oil Hair Color. Has anyone ever used this hair color? I sure would like to get some opinions on it before I use it. I've always used the Wella brand but want to change. They were having a buy-one-get-one free, so I got some Argan clarifying shampoo and conditioner. Thanks! What are some of your favorite hair colors?

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I haven't tried it, personally. I do really light highlights though, so I have to use powder bleach (I use Aveda's) and 30 vol peroxide.

| I colored my hair one time and turned it orange! So I go to the beauty shop now. Well worth the cost not to have orange hair. Haha. Don't have a clue about brands. Hopefully someone can help you to get an idea.

| I've colored my hair for more years than I want to admit. The only time I turned my dark hair orange is when I used OTC hair color to try to get it blonde!! It was the first time I ever colored my hair. I think once you start coloring, it's something you always have to keep doing. I'm an old pro at it now but just haven't tried the Argan color.

| My mom has medium/dark brown hair and she's been dying it blond since she was a pre-teen. She's had it dyed in salons and bought stuff like wella, she insists both of those dry it out more than boxed color. Her hair is very thin and she doesn't have much of it. The only bad dye jobs she's ever had were from salons or when she bought a dye that was too ashy. She was using l'oreal and then switched to garnier. She doesn't really have a system for choosing which dye to try. Her dye was recently discontinued so she's going to have to find a new one soon. When she wants it dyed she has me put it just on the roots. |
