Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Cool Vitamin Guide - Which to Take for What (weightloss, fatigue, etc) Was reading this really neat article yesterday from Dr. Frank Lipman, a wellness guru. He made this Vitamin Guide that is pretty neat -- it tells you what you should take depending upon what you're feeling like (tired) or what you're trying to do (ie, lose weight). Pretty cool / handy!

| thanks for posting that, buying probiotics is so intimidating so many strength choices I never know what to pick I wish he would have added strengths to the list, but I still like the list
