| They aren't alive? How can this be??? MSNBC just reported that only 1 coalminer was found alive that the other 11 were dead! How can a mistake like this be reported? This is sickening! How devastating that such information could be released in error. I can't understand this nor ever comprehend how this could happen! |

| It was a miscommunication. How terrible for the families to hear they were okay only to find out it wasn't true. My heart goes out to all of them.

| My heart goes out to those poor families. I'm watching the coverage right now and just don't understand how they can make that big of a mistake.

| I am ready to boycot television news. HOw often has incorrect info been reported within the last year that they had to turn right around and air a clarification...This has gone beyond ridiculous!! |

| I agree this goes beyond error! It is tragic to report before facts are known for certain... So sad....

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I can't believe it. I tried to stay up to watch them come out of the mine when they said 12 were alive, but I fell asleep thinking that 12 of them were safe. Then I get up this morning and here 12 have died. That's is so horrible and so wrong to put unconfirmed information on the news when dealing with people's lives.

| How horrible for those families, I can't even imagine the rollercoaster of feelings. Going from YES..to WHAT?! NO!! I can't imagine. It is so tragic,,then how it played out, is even worse for them.

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | What a horrible horrible accident and bless all the families involved - I couldn't believe they were told all but one were alive and celebrated for 3 hours before finding out the truth - those poor men ! |

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | I have been up most of the night. This is just terrible. I feel either the media is responsible or that they might have found them alive but died before they got them outside.

| So Sad. That was so sad. I feel so sorry for those families. That was a lot for them to have to go through and then for the outcome to be so awful. My heart goes out to them.
