| Anyone wanting support to quit smoking? well I made a decision to quit smoking!! and I have told myself this every new years! So This Time I really mean it! So I thought if I exposed myself as committing to all maybe if someone here also needs the support maybe we can support each other? I recently purchased the Smoke away Kit which I am currently waiting its arrival and will start my mission to become nicotine free and start thinking about my health! Im 57 yrs and would like recover the years I have lost to smoking! I have tried the cold turkey way, but I loose that battle I guess I have been smoking to long?? or maybe just not sincere? But I have heard good things about Smoke away it guarantees in 7 days or your money back! anyone hear of this product or have tried this method? |

| I just want to say good luck. I will be joining you in your fight to quit in the next couple weeks. I'm just not quite committed right now. I have never used smoke away, but would love to hear a review from you after you've used it!

| Well, I think that is a great idea!! I would start with you,but all I can handle right now is tyring to lose the 20 lbs I gained last year. Once that is gone, I will join you.. I know you can do it.. My mother did it two years ago, she is 72 and smoked for 50+ years, If she can do so can you!!! Let me know how the program works!! Good Luck!!!

| Good for you! I do not smoke (never have), but I still want to tell you GOOD LUCK! What a great decision you are making. About 14 years ago my mother quit smoking using the patch. Now, let me tell you that my mother smoked since she was a teen (she's 54 now) and she smoked at LEAST 3 packs a day (4 on Friday b/c she played cards). I used to say, "Mom, if you quit smoking, I'll quit biting my nails." Hah!! She'd say, "I'll quite smoking if you quit eating." Ok...guess that didn't work! LOL Anyway, one day she said, "I'm gonna quit." I thought she was kidding. She really wasn't! She got sick of coughing and hacking each morning and getting chronic headaches. I was SOOOO proud of her. She quit and never went back!! I believe that YOU have to want to do this for yourself in order to be successful. You know what I mean? I think it's the same with weight loss and other habits. I wish you all the luck. Your lungs will thank you!!!

| ooooo....I'll join you and be your support!! I did not make it my resolution because I never go thru with them but I am cutting down right now. I can't stop cold turkey cuz I've tried. I'm trying to smoke 4 cigs a day (which is a huge cut down for me) and then slowly by week less and less. I don't smoke around Zoe unless we're in a huge area so that alone is my motivation. I don't want my baby exposed to second hand. Good Luck and lets do this together!

| I would be happy to offer support to any of you. Just name it. I'll do what I can to help. I've been cig free for about 5 yrs. I smoked heavily for 10. So if there is a will there's a way. Good luck! |
