| My grandma used to freeze hers. I don't bake or cook, so I have no clue.....

| I never have extras lol. But yeah, freeze them and put on the outside of the bag how many are inside. Also can be used to help emusify sauces in the blender. |

| That's what I did...froze them. I made 4 Key Lime pies, and only the yoke is used...3yokes per pie.
