Donating YT 7000 Club Member | Oh yeah! I had a book I had to give back to the school. I found it behind the couch right after I bought a new one. Look in places you'd never think of. Look in the fridge, cabinets, book shelves, everwhere!!!

I'm about ready to make phone calls to anyone who was here.. " DID you take my calendar?" Ok I need to settle down.... Deep breath...

| Alrighty!! 4 1/2 hours later I FOUND IT!! I was about to loose my mind! It fell between beside the counter and the wall! I have lost things there before, and I even looked there first, but it was right against the wall and I couldn't see it! So I took a yard stick and slid it in and I felt it... Oh MY.. I need a nap. Oh and the headache went away as soon as I got it out. Something to do in 2006... FIX that space so nothing else falls back there again.

| I'm glad you found your calendar! It seems I spend more time looking for things than anything else! I always put them in a good place, but can never remember where that is! I need to have a notebook to write where I put things, but then I'd probably be looking for the notebook. Right now I'm on the hunt for a couple of bone china cups and saucers. One I got when I was little and the other is actually my daughters. I took them down to put up Christmas things...have found everything else, but not those 2. Driving me crazy. I am now going downstairs to go through the Christmas boxes to see if they could be in one of them. Oh woe is me! It will drive me crazy till I find them!

| Hahah..this is a funny thread. It does happen to me on occasion but JIM would lose his head if it wasnt' attached. He loses things and I find them ALL the time. He misplaced his Passport and needed it. He tore the house a part. He was losing his temper. He remmeber where he had it last but it wasn't there. after about a 1 hr of him tearing the place up I couldnt' take it. I looked in a couple drawers and then behind the TV. Well guess what I found??..the passport fell behind the TV. He didnt' THINK to look there even though the last place he saw his PP was ON the TV..lolol..this happens all the time!!..lolol It's great, cuz I'm the hero..lolol |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | When My husband was active - he CONSTANTLY lost his glasses - he'd always ask me the same thing ....."Have you seen my Glasses"....I always answered the same way - "Go look in the stupidest place you can think of" ....let's just say ...I was always the one to find them the best one was the day I found them in the refridgerator. ONLY I thought to look in there but sure enough - there they were. |
