| EEEEEEK!!! SHARK! SHARK! Shark Week - Who Else Is Watching....................!!!! And why do we watch? All the men I know are simply hung up on it as if it's a Guy Holiday. Same every year. And I've been watching some, too. Why do those things still terrify me every time I see a fin sticking out of the water?

| Open Waters? No, never even heard of it. Going to have to put that into Autorecord for when it does show on DirecTV just to see what it is. I do love to watch shows that are suspenseful and scary as long as they are not gross. I'll watch things I know are fake like the "Megadon" show just because of the silly suspense. Mostly these days all we get is horror and gross and little suspense. Even guys on CNN and other news shows talk about Shark Week like it is sooooo wonderful! Men!

| It’s a pretty good/ sad movie, I guess they say it is real. It is kind of slow.. Open Water (2003) - IMDb Basically they were left when they took long to scuba dive and they are left for a couple days/ nights in open water. Oh Brother, DH tells me my shark week is coming hahaha

Was this based on a true story? I can no longer recall.
