| I don't fully understand what this is all about but I am on your side and I surely hope this helps you to find the comfort and state of health you desire.

| I did MRC in 2006 with my daughter preparing for her wedding. I lost 32 lbs and felt great. It was the easiest plan I have ever been on. I think you will do great and feel so much better. Good luck! |

YT 2000 Club Member | Wow!! And double Wow!! I just returned home after my consultation with MRC. I was weighed, measured (and I ain't just talking height girls either, I think they now know how wide my ears are too), checked what percentage of me was water, fat and muscle. To let you know, I could hear the muscle screaming in the background to win......but, it......didn't. I know there is a skinny girl in here somewhere, I must have ate her. Any who, I had my picture taken (and I don't mean the one that I like taken, you know from the shoulders up). Filled out more forms than I have ever filled out for a Doctors appointment (this impressed me), given a tour of the facility, and they explained their program to me in length, answering all my questions (so far). I can say that I found this first visit both educational and fun. They provided me with a food list so I went grocery shopping before I came home. The grocery shopping wasn't painful.....the list had foods I enjoy. My next scheduled visit is this Friday for a food instruction class. Oh, I have to keep a daily food diary and take that with every week. Well, I didn't hear the dreaded drum roll......but like I said yesterday....height 5' 3" Weight 224 lb. Now that was the most difficult part....the rest is PROGRESS!!! I am sure I am leaving out something, but my head is spinning just a tad with all the new info and I still have much to read.....so tootles, till my next time.

YT 2000 Club Member | I totally understand...it stinks. I will remember your husband in my prayers. My Daddy was a big man and his feelings were often hurt by what others would "helpfully" say to/or about him. Thankfully he was a much bigger man where it counted....his compassion for mankind.

YT 2000 Club Member | Thank you so much. You guys really do help a lot. I haven't been a member for very long, but I am often inspired by the support of others that reach out here at YT. The compassion that we have for our fellow man reaches farther than one can ever travel and the richest man will never be able to buy.
