| Celiac/Gluten Intolerance, anyone? Recently I figured out that gluten and I do not get along! Since going gluten free last week, my symptoms are getting much better (bloating, alternating looses stool and constipation, brain fog, joint pain, nausea, etc.) If I thought my diet was restricted before with Diabetes, boy is it now Finding gluten free food isn't too hard, but it's really expensive. Anyone else gluten free, any tips?

| I have a friend that has been living with this for over 10yrs. She is the best cook that I know. She has told me that she nolonger struggles with her weight because she doesnt eat gluten and it was making her so sick. There is now soooo much information online about this now,I hope that you will find the answers that you need and that the transition will be an easy one. I have recently discovered that I and my 17yr old have an intollerance to gluten and milk. We can eat both of these but never often. Living here in TX we eat alot of Mexican food, makes it kind of hard to not eat enchilladas. |

| I have quite a few friends who have Celiacs or gluten intolerances. My sister has an intolerance to soy and to wheat- both of which are found in practically everything now a days. =(
