Donating YT 7000 Club Member | A New Pet store opened up near my home, it does NOT look good. We were driving along tonight and saw a brand new pet store that probably only opened a few days ago. I only saw it from the outside so far, but it doesn't look good. The walls are all LINED with cages. The cages are SO small, it looks like there's just enough room for them to stand up and turn around. From what I saw there are like 25 different breeds. Its called the "Puppy Shoppe" . I hate this, I just want to go in there and scream at them and ask them what the heck is going through their minds that they would put innocent dogs through this kind of torture.

| Aww poor babies. I guess they opened up just in time for Christmas huh? If you go in, let us know what it's like okay? I hope and pray that it's not successful. |

| Megan I will come over and we will protest outside ok? Then we can go to jail together! Okay I'm kidding (tell your mom that)! How frustrating for you, maybe there is something we can do! |

Donating YT 14K Club Member | Megan, go and inspect the place. Surely, if the conditions are not safe for the dogs, the place can be reported...sneak in a camera phone or something that you can take pictures with. Or, you can always call PETA for backup!

| Megan, that is too bad. Pet Shops are showing up everywhere. It seems like the minute you close one down another pops up. The cages should be clean, the small dogs should have a mat on part of the wire so their little legs don't fall through and they should have a toy to take their minds off the longs hrs. Did you see "wicked" yet??
