| Good Morning!!! 12-27-12 Good Morning! Just getting up, the furkids are still in bed with DH and I am enjoying my hazelnut coffee and catching up on news. I had a wonderful, but very busy, Christmas! We traveled (yes, Yorkies, too) to Michigan to visit with family for the week before Christmas and then came home with 1 day to prepare for a Christmas party with our New York family. Most all of my fam lives in Michigan and DH's daughter is living with her fam in New York. It was great to see them all this Christmas.... My youngest daughter made the announcement the I will, once again, be a Grandmother! She is due in July!! This will be # 10 for me, and believe it may be my last one..... TEN is a nice even number, right? I received a lot of nice gifts for Christmas.... a personalized calendar of all the gkids, warm sweaters, a gold bracelet, gift card to state parks, HELLO KITTY watch , vinyl sticker silhouette for back window of car with me, dh, and furkids, diamond earrings, leggings, and a beautiful battery operated candle set (white Christmas trees)..... just to name a few.. So what did you all get for Christmas? Anything unusual? I think getting the vinyl silhouette was a pretty neat gift!!! Time to finish my coffee..... you all have a wonderful & blessed day.... be careful on those roads northeastern YT'ers!!!

| Good Morning! We didn't do a traditional Christmas this year. Gifted the Gkids only... I spent the day with my sis, her family, and our Dear Mother. DH stayed home with back problems. The YT Card Exchange was the highlight of the holidays for me, and getting to spend the day with my Mom. Furkids weren't allowed to come with me... so it was a sad day...

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | Good morning. Glad you had a nice holiday We had a very tiring Christmas. Went to see my family on LI. I asked for a lamp for my hallway so they gave me money. I got a few things to open. Some Halloween ornaments from mom . . . Yes it is typed right. I am a halloween nut and last year my sister gave me a Halloween tree, black tree orange lights. She also got me 2 kitties in a tuna can one too lol I also got swarovski tinker bell fairy wing earrings and hello kitty case for my iPad. My DBF and I need some big things done to the house so we put a limit to the spending. So he got me a large soap making kit, Mortar and pestle, and license plate frames that say I love my Biewer. So sweet

I didn't get in the card exchange this year.... I already send about 80 cards out and postage gets expensive.... but hopefully 2013 will be a better year economically and I can try it next year. Hope your DH's back is getting better! Quote:

| I LOOOOOVE my Silhouette Cameo!! Is that what you got? You're in for a treat! We live in a 1 bedroom apartment without a fireplace...so my mom bought us a small metal-frame "fireplace." It's fueled by gel in two cans and it even cracks like real fire. Yesterday it was raining and I was just laying on the couch, listening to the rain and fire...I was so happy. Zeus and Ody are unsure about it, but Zeus was less afraid than Ody. Silly kitty...he'll love it soon enough, LOL There were a few other things, but that's my favorite. Jewelry, adorable bird feeder, cat plant holder that will rust and turn orange (like my first kitty lol), some blu-rays...$$ which is always good, LOL

| Good afternoon!! Our Christmas was wonderful! My brothers and mother were both at my & my hubbys house. His kids were there Christmas morning to open their gifts and we had a nice breakfast of blueberry french toast bake, bacon/ham, banana nut bread, mimosas and OJ. After hubbys kids left, my brother went and picked up his kids, the rest of us got ready for the day and we got a 12lb Prime Rib roast in the oven. We exchanged gifts with each other while we waited for my nephews to get there. It was a wonderful Christmas and I now have a ton of shopping I can do. hehe B/t all of us, we got $160 in Olive Garden gift cards, so I think we are all going out to dinner tonight! YAY! We got $125 in Best Buy gift cards, $30 in Chili's gift cards, movie theater gift cards. I got a Bath and Body works gift card and HUGE bottles of Pureology shampoo & conditioner, A Yorkie calendar for my office, 2 gift certs to my local nail salons, a VS bathrobe, VS Pajamas, bunch of K-cups, $50 to bugaboo creek, a couple purse holders that double as bracelets (they are so cool!), a really cute sweater, A hand picked case of wine from my mom and black bearpaw boots. I love my bathrobe! Its soft and fuzzy and knee length like I wanted. Its hot pink with black polka dots and says PINK across the back in black sequins. hehe Watching my nephews open their mountain of gifts was GREAT! They were soooooo excited they could barely contain themselves. My brother got them this amazing kitchen that makes noise, lights up, has food and dishes and a cash register! I think that was their favorite thing by FAR! Although I got them these trucks that you pull back and let go and they go forward, we had more fun with them with the dogs, than the kids did! The dogs were going MENTAL for them! Attacking them, growling, picking them up and shaking them! It was hysterical! Also my Fletch totally killed the toy dog that giggles and rolls over, he was crazy about this thing, picking it up and shaking it soooo hard, he literally broke it 10 mins after the kids unwrapped it! Ooopppsss... thankfully I got them one too, so they had 2, oh and then he peed on it! Showed THAT toy who was boss! LOL The prime rib came out great! We had a nice dinner, watched a Christmas movie and everyone ended up going to bed early! LOL Great day though!
