| Didn't watch the video on the Huff Post site with those 2 women talking long enough to see the story but read the article beneath it and then Googled the term and trying to figure out if this is real or a hoax. There are bagel heads and babel foreheads on Images and most of them look photoshopped to me. I've seen the term on Twitter, too. Is it real???????

| I saw a piece on E! about this new trend...yuck! They insert a needle into their foreheads and fill it with saline. Then after some time, someone pushes their thumb in the middle to make that "bagel" design. Apparently it is one of the newest forms of body modification. Looks painful to me!!

| So did they present the piece as for real? Girls really getting injections/thumb imprints on their foreheads? Is it to look funny or or did some character in a movie do it or does it feel good or to get noticed or did they say why someone would pay to have this done? They look like Klingons or something!

| There are some crazy fads in other parts of the world They also like to wear those crazy super high platform heel shoes. There have been lots of car accidents directly attributed to women driving in those shoes

| Isaw this on the local news recently...yes!!! These people inject saline into their foreheads, and then mash a thumb into the middle of the pitting edema caused by the saline injection, making that "bagel" look....crazy, crazy, CRAZY!!! Next, they will be sticking some kind of rod or ring into it, and call it a piercing.... |

| I live in Japan. I haven't seen anyone walking around with "bagel" foreheads where I'm at. Who knows what they are doing over in Tokyo! I don't know why anyone would intentionally do that to her/himself. The platform shoes and high heels are really popular. It is illegal to wear them (here) while driving (so is wearing flip-flop style shoes). A lot of ladies who drive keep a pair of flats in the car to wear while driving. |
