| Baby Names My brother and sister-in-law are having a baby boy, their first and probably last. My brother is really picky about names -- the only one he likes is Daniel. I'm really not a fan of the name, as it is too common and my brother wants to use the nickname "Danny". I consider myself a Name Queen of sorts, but my brother has rejected everything Anyway, to make a long story short... since you all name your puppies adorable names and give good advice, I thought maybe you'd like to give me some suggestions. I am going to put together a nice long list for them. p.s. their last name is Kelley. Charlie and Aidan and Collin are no no's as we have them already.

| Well, my son's name is Andrew Daniel - so we probably have different taste in names -- if my daughter would have been a boy, we were debating between Christopher and Anakin (my husband isn't QUITE as into star wars as I am though ) Good luck! Let us know which name they decide on!

| I LOOOOOOOVE the name Holden. Catcher in the Rye is right up there in my top three favorite books, so I think that definitely plays the part. I also really like Andrew, but we're afraid of Andy and Drew. For some reason my brother like "Danny" and "Dan" as nicknames, but is horrified by nicknames such as "Tommy" or "Chris". I threw together a few lists for him. My sister-in-law likes Aidan and Owen, but my brother is being a schmuck when it comes to naming this kid. They are saying nowt hat they're just going to call it "Baby X" (I really hope they're kidding ! )

| oh and P.S. I love the name Makenna. I was stuck on it for quite a while until I started dating someone w/ the last name "McGrath" and realized that Makenna McGrath would never make the cut. and your son is gorgeous... beautiful eyes!

| Kristi- Thank's so much. Good luck with the names. Vegas was going to be an Ayden but it's one of the most popular boy's names right now. So Vegas is a Vegas.

| Maybe you should take a look at this site. It has loads of names with rankings. Baby Names A name is important. I for instance never really cared for my name and always wished my parents would have named me something else.
