| How many of you have 3 or more HUMAN babies and why? I have 2 children...girls...names Cheyanne and Savannah. I love them to death, they are my world. I am thinking of having one more but not 100% sure.Childbirth kinda scares me alittlw since my last experience. I was just curious on how many of you had 3 or more children and what made you want that many! Just a fun thread i thought! |

| I have 3 children...What made me want that many??? Well, I first had my two sons and so much desired a girl. So kept trying. Bingo! Got my girl and that finished it for me.

| I dont have any children...But my aunt (my dad's sister) has 6...First she had a set of twins (boy and girl) then she had one girl...then she had triplets (2 girls and a boy) Now they are all married and have(and are having) children...so she has 10 grandchildren...Her house is packed at the holidays! and so far no one else has had triplets or twins on that side...So we are thinking it might end up being me or my sis who might! LOL!

| Well, I have three kids, with the youngest just out of college and in grad school. I was an only child until 12 and I always loved babies. I wanted more than 3 kids but when I was expecting my third, the whole world asked if we were crazy and did we know what caused this condition This made my husband and me decide three was enough and it was when I came home with number 3 and had two at home under the age of 4. |

| I can barely handle 1! He keeps me BUSY. I know of a woman who had a boy. When he was 2 she tried for a girl and ended up with twin boys. 2 years after that she tried for another girl and ended up having tiplets, ALL BOYS AGAIN!!! She had 6 boys under the age of 7. I would kill myself! |

| babies I wonder why you see so many people with twins and triplets nowadays? I mean people who did not use fertility drugs. It was so rare to ever see a set of twins when I was growing up..never even heard of anyone having triplets..it is better nutrition? |

Funny story... when we first got married, my MIL had been to a fortune teller in Atlantic City and called my hubby at work all excited..."I don't want to ruin your sex life, but the fortune teller said you're going to have twins!!" Twenty years later (and 5 dogs!) no twins!!!

| I have 3 kids...age 13, 10,and 9. I grew up in a family with 3 sisters...all of us born within 5 years of each other. My oldest sister is 10 months older than me. One of my younger sisters has 3 kids and the other sister has 4 kids. All 10 kids between the ages of 13 and 4. We have such a blast when we all get together! I would not have it any other way!!!

I only know this because my grandmother had 2 sets of twins. One set died at birth and the other was my uncle's who did not know he had a twin that died at birth. He wasn't told about this until his daughter, Christine had a set of twins. So my generation is the one who would possibly have twins, out of 12 grandchildren, there is only 1 set of twins. Chris's husband also has alot of twins on his side of the family, which is also a great factor. Since my father was not a twin I am not AS likely for it to happen to. So just as long as there are no secrets in the family you should be okay. Okay, that concludes our lesson on genetics for today! | |

| Okay, I guess I should answer the question. I have 1 little monster. He is 3 and John has been begging for another one. Actually at the hospital right after I had him, he held Dominick for the first time and said, "Okay, now I'm ready for my little girl." I was like "NO WAY! At least give me a break!" lol. I only really see myself with 2. My husband and I were both middle children and we both had middle-child syndrome really bad. Of course it was our parent's fault for showing favortism. Oh, and yeah, the reason why multiple births is up so much is because of fertility drugs. That is why some women are having 6+ at a time. crazy! |
