| Was not expecting it!!! Ok so today I went to my aunts house. It was so hard and when I got there I thought for sure I was not going to beable to hold it together. I was doing good till my cousing brought me my music box. It was so hard to hold back the tears! I went to put it in my bag when they all told me to open it. I thought to myself no way,,,, I can't hear the song! But they told me I had to. I could hardly see from the tears filling in my eyes. And there it was!!! My grandmothers wedding ring set! It was left to my aunt when my nana past. I have always wanted it but figured that it would be passed down to my cousin and so forth. My cousin told me that not too long before my aunts passing, her and my aunt were talking,,,,, They were planning my cousin wedding and my aunt asked if she still wanted nana's wedding set. Since my cousins did not really remember my nana, (she past when they were still very young) she told my aunt that the best person to leave it to is me. We both broke down crying,,,, it was the only talk of that nature that was ever mentioned by my aunt. And about a month later she passed away. It was a very emotional day to say the least. But my heart is filled with so much joy to know that she wanted me to have these things! I tried taking a picture of the rings with my dig cam, but it would not focus to get a clear picture. What did come in clear is Gus feeling a bit left out. Who would have thought that he wanted to get into the picture after all the struggles he put up when really taking pictures of him. Crazy Gus Gus!

| That is so sweet! What a great story you have to tell and what a great keepsake you have to pass along (if you choose too)! And that picture is very cute, Gus needs some love, or maybe he thinks the rings are a new toy |

| Yes I do hope my aunt is looking down and smiling! My nana was a tiny woman. 4'9" and even though she was not a skinny person the ring is very small I can barly get it on my pinkie finger. I don't know if I am going to fix it to fit my ring finger or just put it away to pass on to one of my kids. I am so proud to wear it, but I hate to alter it in any way. Would any of you alter it or just leave it as is? I can always wear it on my pinkie but it's a bit too big of a ring for a pinkie.

| What a beautiful gift you have received and the picture is sweet. Maybe Gus is wondering if he is going to receive a special treat too?

Donating YT 14K Club Member | Oh my! That was so sweet and thoughtful of your cousin. You now have what you've always wanted. Healing will take time, but you'll make it and be a stronger person! God bless you!

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I would size it so you can wear it and have her memory close to you.

| Just a thought... OMG, Monica!! You just gave me goose bumps and made my eyes water!!! Maybe Santa could bring you a nice chain necklace to put it on. I've seen people do that, and it looks really nice and it would be a way to keep it close to your heart without altering it... God bless...
