| I'm so glad for you! We went through that last summer here in North Texas, lakes way down, etc, but this year, we've escaped record heat so far and had quite a bit of rain for our area and technically our little spot in Texas is out of an official drought, though most of the state is in one. But I well remember last year and how awful it is to go months without rain. Glad you had a good downpour!

| I'm glad you got some rain. It seems some areas get flooded while others remain in a drout. Our county was just designated a natural disaster due to the drout as it has ruined the majority of the corn.

| It's been as dry as can be here in Michigan too. My area doesn't have a water ban yet, but we have had a burning ban for the past few months. We had a major light show in the sky last night...tons of lightning but no rain. We finally got a sprinkling this morning. Hope we get a little more tomorrow, my grass is brown and my flowers are looking really stringy

| Isn't rain great? We have been having lightning and thunder storms at night and absolute downpours here. During the day it's scorching, but then at night it's been really stormy. My plants have been appreciating the extra water. Glad to hear you got some rain!
