| Saving the world, one ducky at a time. Yesterday night at 2 a.m. Tony (My boyfriend) and I got home and saw there were tons of baby ducks with their momma duck in the parking lot last night. We got some bread for them and while we were feeding them realized that there were loud chirps coming from a sewage drain behind them.We got a flashlight to look down there and sure enough there was two baby ducklings stuck down there that had fallen through the drain. I got a bucket, rope, & broom and after tony lifted the grate off the drain. We were able to lower the bucket down and get the little ducks in. They were much smaller then the ducklings that Mother duck had but they ran right over to her and she took them in like her own. It really touched my heart. Tony is probably the only person I know psycho enough to save baby ducks with me at 2 a.m.. One of the many reasons I love him. Together we'll save the world, one ducky at a time.

| That was a really wonderful thing for both of you to do. I have always heard that you know what kind of person someone is by the way they treat other life on this planet.

| How sweet. I'm glad you saved them and the momma duck took them in. You should have taken some pictures!
