| OMG will i ever heal Ok so i had my BR surgery on 11*9*05 and dr said i would be fully functional in no more than 3 weeks well i am not one to be down for long and its driving me insane my left one is doing great but the right one keeps filling with blood and draining (gross sorry) but dr. says its normal and not to worry unless i get a fever or it gets red and inflamed i swear i am half tempted to lie and say it is just so he will see me. Anyways sorry just had to get that out i hate being sore and miserable and i am sure my hubby will be glad when i am better cause i know i have been hell to live with

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | OW OW OW ~! THAT must hurt and GET WELL WISHES to you - think of all the cute tops you can wear now and I Really hope you get to feeling better soon - That was major surgery and PLEASE take care of yourself and try to do what they say hard as it is - We can't have anything going wrong right ? That sounds like you SHOULD get it checked.... You did this a month ago ? and you're still having draining ? PLEASE GO SEE THE DOCTOR ...I would make the appointment and go in because that is sure a long time for you to still be draining ....and to me - NOT normal !! I'm no doctor but if you THINK there is a problem - chances are there could be - you know your body better than anyone - I swear - these days Dr.s are so busy it's really hard to get any real individual focus because they are just so swamped - if you would feel better getting it checked - why not just do that ? GOOD LUCK ! I hope you're going to be ok !

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | One more thing - you tell that Doctor they're YOUR puppies and if you want them looked at that's what you should get ! if anything he should want to see how it's progressing even if this IS normal - |

I agree with V. That's too long. My girlfriend had it done and recovered MUCH quicker!! Go in if for no other reason than your peace of mind. Good luck!

| You really hit the topic for me today, I am going in for surgery tomorrow. I am really nervous, but I have been on a waiting list now for two years. Were some of your symptoms headaches, sore neck and shoulder muscles? I cannot believe this topic came up today of all days. I was not even going to log on today but I had a few minutes to spare so I did. I am hoping I will get a reply before I leave, I am going to leave today so I won't be on here for awhile. What do you recommend wearing gym clothing or pj's to the hospital so you can wear it home. My surgery is tomorrow morning and I will be home again tomorrow night that is with a 1 1/2 hour drive as well, did you stay in the hospital over night. Hope you feel better soon and I will definitely be waiting for more posts from you. Take Care |

| Thanks for getting back to me so quickly, I think my nerves are getting the best of me, but I know that this is something I have to get done. I am taking it a step further and getting lipo done on them as well. If I am going this far might as well make them look as pretty as I can. I have been big since I was 11 so this is going to be a big change for me but I am so looking forward to finally wearing a one piece dress because I could never find one that actually fit the top with the bottom, I already have one purchased. I know all my family and friends are going to want to see them when they are done so maybe when I am feeling up to it I will have or should I say THEY will have a coming out party.haha |
