| What merchant services company do you use for your online sales? Long story short, we use Google checkout, which is built into the Weebly site we use for our site. A customer wanted to purchase online but have her daughter pick up in store. Not only did I refund the shipping, but also gave a $50 discount. Now I get an email from Google saying the customer is disputing the charge, the entire charge including what I had refunded. Google is asking for proof of shipment, well it was an in store pick up, it was not shipped. I have a feeling they will side with the customer. Totally unfair. Not only that, Google will charge me $10 for the chargeback, even though they said the transaction passed all risk checks. If this is the case, I will no longer use Google checkout. It's too expensive anyway. 2.9% PLUS $0.30 of each transaction. So what company do you use, and will I have to move my website from weebly to use it? Oh also I called the phone number and the person who answered acted like they didn't who I was asking for.
